A registration, payments and on-site operations platform for IFCM's annual Prayer and Fasting Camp, from public sign-up to offline QR check-in at the gate.

The organisation
IFCM runs a multi-day Prayer and Fasting Camp each year in Johannesburg for local and international participants, often attending with their families. Payments arrive by bank transfer, often with one person paying for several people, and the team needs to check arrivals in at a camp site where connectivity cannot be relied on. The platform had to carry the whole camp, from registration to the last day on site.
What it does
- Local and international registration with family members, arrival and pickup details, merchandise sizing and versioned consent
- English and French across the website, participant portal and emails
- Participant portal to view registrations, upload proof of payment and report issues
- Proof-of-payment review, with shared payments allocated across several participants
- Real-time operations dashboard covering registrations, payments, arrivals, merchandise and check-in progress
- QR codes emailed to participants, scanned at the gate by a check-in app that keeps working offline and syncs when back online
- Family check-in, merchandise distribution and check-out tracking
- Bulk CSV import and spreadsheet exports for registrations and payments
- Duplicate registration detection and review
- Email campaigns with audience targeting, batched delivery and delivery tracking
- Name tag and certificate generation for printing
- Role-based admin access, issue triage and post-camp feedback analytics
- Yearly camp editions with their own dates, pricing and settings
